About Me

I am a fifth year PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California Davis. I am currently working on nanophotonic integration of color centers in Silicon Carbide for applications in Quantum Information Processing, in the Quantum Nanophotonics Laboratory, under the supervision of Prof. Marina Radulaski. In Summer 2023, I worked as a Quantum Engineering Associate at memQ Inc., where I modeled silicon photonic devices using Finite-Difference Time-Domain method, to build chip-scale photonic integrated circuits for quantum technologies.

I obtained my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and M.Sc in the Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Canada. My experience in nanofabrication (electronic, photonic) and device characterization (electrical, optical) was gained internationally at University of California Davis, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, University of Manitoba and Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Through my research experiences I had the opportunity of developing, fabricating and characterizing nano-devices for applications in the field of quantum photonics, solar cells and high-power electronics.
